d) What we do not collect
We do not access your phone contacts, call logs, SMS inbox, photos, media files or other files, and we do not use such data for lending, credit assessment or recovery. Where a specific feature needs one-time access to your camera or location (for example, for KYC or fraud prevention), we ask for it at that time, use it only for that purpose, and you can decline.
3. How we use your information
We use your data to:

4.2 You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to care@cashkite.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and may mean we can no longer process your Application. We may keep data we are required by law to retain.
5. Who we share your information with
We share your data only where needed and only as described here:
Lending Partners you apply to or that we match you with, including Hero FinCorp Limited, MyMoneyBazaar, Digicredit and others we add from time to time. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data.
6. Communications
We may contact you by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp and push notifications about your Application and our services. You can stop promotional messages at any time by using the opt-out link, replying as instructed, or writing to support@cashkite.in. Service and transactional messages about an active Application may still be sent.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3 or as required by law (including RBI, tax, and anti-money-laundering requirements). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Retention periods are 3 years, unless the law requires longer. Where you ask us to delete your data, we do so unless we must retain it by law.
8. Data security and storage
8.1 We use reasonable security practices and procedures in line with the IT Act, 2000 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

8.4 Please protect your OTPs and login details. CashKite will never ask you for your OTP, PIN, CVV or password by phone, and will never ask you to pay money to get a loan.
9. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic and improve the Platform. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Platform may not work properly without them.

Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cashkite.in, any related mobile application, and all services offered through them (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by CashKite Global Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62011DC2026PTC474968), with its registered office at KH 1227/2, Ground Floor, Village Karala, North West Delhi, Delhi 110081 ("CashKite", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or submitting a loan enquiry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
"Lending Partner" means a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC) or other regulated financial institution whose loan products are made available through the Platform, including Hero FinCorp Limited, MyMoneyBazaar and Digicredit, and any others we add from time to time.
"Loan" means any credit facility offered by a Lending Partner.
"User" / "you" means any individual who visits or uses the Platform.
"Application" means the details and documents you submit to request a Loan.
"Loan Agreement" means the agreement between you and a Lending Partner for a Loan.
2. Nature of our services
2.1 CashKite is a digital platform that helps you discover and apply for loans offered by our Lending Partners. We act as a lead-generation and loan-facilitation service provider.
2.2 CashKite is not a lender. All loans are sanctioned, disbursed, serviced and recovered solely by the relevant Lending Partner, under that Lending Partner's own credit policy, terms and applicable law. The Loan Agreement is between you and the Lending Partner only.
2.3 We do not guarantee that your Application will be approved, or the amount, interest rate, tenure or timing of any Loan. All approvals are at the sole discretion of the Lending Partner after its own evaluation and due diligence.
2.4 No employee, agent or representative of CashKite is authorised to promise or assure you that a Loan will be sanctioned. Any such statement is not binding on us or on any Lending Partner.
2.5 Lending Partners are independent of CashKite. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between you and CashKite, or between CashKite and any Lending Partner.
3. Eligibility
3.1 To use the Platform you must be an individual who is at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3.2 Each Lending Partner sets its own eligibility criteria (such as age, income, employment type, credit score and location). Meeting our basic eligibility does not mean you qualify for any Loan.
3.3 We may refuse or restrict access to the Platform at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms or the law are being breached.
4. Your account and registration
4.1 You may be asked to register using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
4.2 You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at care@cashkite.in if you suspect unauthorised use.
4.3 You must have only one account and must not register on behalf of another person without their authority.
5. How the loan process works
5.1 You submit your details on the Platform.
5.2 With your consent, we share your Application and relevant information with one or more Lending Partners.
5.3 The Lending Partner evaluates your Application, may verify your identity and documents (including KYC), and may check your credit information with credit information companies.
5.4 If the Lending Partner makes an offer, it will present its terms directly to you, including a Key Fact Statement (KFS) showing the annual percentage rate (APR), all fees and charges, tenure, repayment schedule and other material terms, as required by RBI regulations. Please read the KFS and Loan Agreement carefully before accepting.
5.5 Disbursal is made by the Lending Partner directly to your bank account. Repayments are made directly to the Lending Partner, or as it instructs you.
6. Fees and charges
6.1 CashKite does not charge you any fee for using the Platform or for referring your Application to Lending Partners. We are compensated by our Lending Partners.
6.2 Lending Partners may charge processing fees, GST, interest, penal charges or other charges. These are disclosed by the Lending Partner in its KFS and Loan Agreement before you accept the Loan.
6.3 Do not pay any money to any person claiming to represent CashKite in exchange for a loan approval, faster processing or any other benefit. If you are asked to do so, please report it to us immediately at care@cashkite.in.
7. Lending Partner terms
7.1 Your use of a Lending Partner's services is subject to that Lending Partner's own terms, privacy policy and Loan Agreement, which prevail over these Terms for anything relating to the Loan.
7.2 All names, logos and trademarks of Lending Partners belong to them and are shown on the Platform only with their permission. Their appearance on the Platform does not mean they endorse CashKite beyond the arrangement in place.
7.3 We are not responsible for a Lending Partner's decisions, delays, conduct, interest rates, fees, servicing or recovery practices. Disputes about a Loan must be raised with the Lending Partner first (see the Lending Partner's grievance process).
8. Consent, data and privacy
8.1 By submitting an Application, you expressly consent to CashKite collecting, storing, using and sharing your personal and financial information (such as name, contact details, PAN, address, income and employment details, and device information) with the Lending Partners you apply to, and with our service providers and authorised agents, for the purposes of processing your Application, verification, fraud prevention, and providing our services.
8.2 You also consent to CashKite and Lending Partners obtaining your credit information from credit information companies (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark).
8.3 We handle your data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to care@cashkite.in, subject to legal requirements and to processing already carried out. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your Application.
8.4 We use reasonable security practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.5 We do not access your phone's contacts, photos, or files, and do not use them for any lending or recovery purpose.
9. Communications
9.1 You agree that CashKite, and Lending Partners, may contact you by phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp, push notification and other channels about your Application, offers, service updates and related matters, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND/NDNC) registry.
9.2 You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by writing to info@cashkite.in or using the opt-out option in the message. Transactional and service messages related to an active Application may still be sent.
10. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
provide true, accurate and complete information and documents;
use the Platform only for lawful personal purposes;
not impersonate anyone or use another person's identity, documents or bank account;
not upload viruses, scrape data, reverse-engineer the Platform, or interfere with its operation or security;
not use the Platform to commit fraud, money laundering or any offence;
not copy, resell or commercially exploit any content or services on the Platform without our written consent.
Providing false or misleading information may lead to rejection of your Application, suspension of your account, reporting to Lending Partners, credit bureaus and authorities, and legal action.
11. Repayment and collections
11.1 You are solely responsible for repaying your Loan on time as per the Loan Agreement. Late or missed payments may attract charges and be reported to credit bureaus, harming your credit score.
11.2 Recovery is carried out only by the Lending Partner or its authorised agents in line with RBI's fair practices guidelines. CashKite may, where required by a Lending Partner, send you payment reminders (for example, before the due date or after a missed payment) on the Lending Partner's behalf.
12. Credit-related information and calculators
Any credit score, eligibility indication, EMI calculator or comparison shown on the Platform is indicative only and based on the information you provide or third-party data. It is not an offer, sanction or guarantee.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including the CashKite name, logo, design, text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to CashKite and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
14. Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to websites or services operated by others. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.
15. Disclaimers
15.1 The Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and availability of any Loan.
15.2 Information on the Platform is for general guidance and is not financial, legal or tax advice. You should evaluate any Loan independently and borrow only what you can afford to repay.
16. Limitation of liability
16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashKite, its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, or from any act or omission of a Lending Partner or other third party.
16.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed [₹ amount / the fees, if any, you paid to CashKite in the preceding 12 months].
16.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashKite, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation or false information, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Platform.
18. Suspension and termination
18.1 We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if required by law or a regulator.
18.2 You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time by writing to support@cashkite.in. Data we are legally required to retain will be kept as the law requires.
18.3 Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
